Architecture findings

Six conclusions now govern the build.

These are design and governance findings from the current architecture work. They are not clinical, field-performance or product-validation results.

Keep four sources distinct.

Human State, Garment State, Environmental Context and Operational Context must retain separate identity before CALYREN evaluates relationships.

Prevents environmental, garment and human conditions from being presented as interchangeable.

Carry the evidence envelope.

Source, time, unit, quality, provenance, uncertainty, purpose, authorization and retention class travel with an observation.

A value without context cannot safely support a stronger conclusion.

Separate detection from diagnosis.

A possible impact, fluid event or garment-integrity change can support an anomaly flag; it cannot establish wound mechanism, depth or severity.

Professional assessment remains necessary for consequential interpretation.

Personalize presentation—not safety law.

A Companion Instance may learn accessibility, communication and approved baseline preferences while fixed safety, access and authority rules remain protected.

Adaptation cannot silently weaken controls.

Shared learning is not raw-data pooling.

General improvements require minimized, permissioned, transformed and validated updates rather than unrestricted access to personal histories.

Federated approaches still require security, provenance and rollback.

Commercial apparel is the learning base.

Fit, material, care, durability, manufacturing and customer evidence should mature before high-consequence sector claims.

The commercial path and technical path reinforce one another without being confused.
