Heartstone Original Enterprise is the shared public identity for Heartstone Original LLC in the United States and Heartstone Original Inc. in Canada. The companies are legally distinct. A specific transaction, contract, employment process or service will identify the responsible entity and any more specific terms. Those specific terms govern that activity where they differ from these general website terms.

Information and program status

Website content is provided for general company, research and informational purposes. Architecture, concept art, diagrams, intended uses, prototypes, milestones and future plans may change. They do not by themselves establish product availability, technical or clinical validation, regulatory clearance, investment performance, partnership, deployment or warranty.

Project HECARYON™, the Adaptive Continuum Garment™ and CALYREN™ are not presented on this website as medical devices, certified protective equipment, emergency systems, substitutes for qualified professionals or autonomous decision-makers.

Unless stated otherwise, website text, visual design, graphics, diagrams, photographs, code, architecture language and original materials are owned by or licensed to the relevant Heartstone Original entity and protected by applicable law. Heartstone Original, H.I.C.S. Model™, Heartstone Integrated Continuum System™, Heartstone Continuum Architecture™, Project HECARYON™, Adaptive Continuum Garment™ and CALYREN™ are names or marks associated with the enterprise. No licence is granted except with written permission or as law permits.

Acceptable use

Visitors may view and share links to public pages for lawful, non-misleading purposes. Visitors may not disrupt the site, seek unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, misrepresent affiliation, remove rights notices, evade technical restrictions, or use content to create a false endorsement, validated-product claim or deceptive investment representation.

Communications and submissions

An initial message should not contain confidential, proprietary, personal-health, financial, identity, credential or controlled technical information. Sending a message does not create confidentiality, employment, fiduciary, partnership, investment, research or advisory obligations. Substantive work requires a separate written scope addressing ownership, confidentiality, data, publication, responsibilities and exit conditions.
