Project HECARYON™
The complete technological-clothing program.
HECARYON is the controlled program through which Heartstone connects a physical garment platform, concurrent intelligence, human use, evidence and operational readiness.

Explore by system layer
Move from overview to controlled detail.
Each route has one job, a distinct evidence boundary and a clear relationship to the wider Heartstone system.
Industry pathways
Sector-specific intended uses, earliest work and evidence boundaries.
Open route →02CALYREN™
The concurrent intelligence partner and four-domain correlation model.
Open route →03Milestones
The controlled advancement sequence from Alpha to bounded transfer.
Open route →04Governance
Claims, privacy, safety, authority and information classes.
Open route →Program, not isolated product
The garment and intelligence belong inside one controlled structure.
HECARYON is not the name of a single garment, a standalone AI product or a separate company. It is the complete program that coordinates how physical, digital, human and operational requirements are developed together.
H.I.C.S. Model™
Heartstone Integrated Continuum System™: Human-Centered Design, Adaptive Technology, Sustainable Systems and Future Environments.
Heartstone Continuum Architecture™
Requirements, evidence, partners, operations and decisions connected across the lifecycle.
Project HECARYON™
Physical platform and concurrent intelligence advanced through shared proof gates.
Inside the program
Two coordinated components—not two competing stories.

Physical platform
Adaptive Continuum Garment™
The garment-centered physical platform: materials, fit, interfaces, durability, serviceability and defined conditions of use.

Concurrent partner / interface
CALYREN™
The governed interpretation and decision-support interface: provenance, confidence, uncertainty and human oversight.
Explore CALYREN→Garment requirement domains
Physical usefulness comes first.
Program control domains
Technical possibility stays bounded.
First Application Series · proposed development sequence
Build one reusable foundation—then earn each transfer.
HECARYON is intended to advance through increasingly demanding evidence gates. The sequence protects the shared platform from being pulled into high-consequence applications before its materials, interfaces, data contracts and human factors are ready.
The stages below describe development direction, not released products or guaranteed timelines. Human studies, partner pilots and sector transfer require separate authorization.
Commercial & material baseline
Apparel fit, care, durability, sourcing and customer learning establish practical material and operating evidence.
Modular research Alpha
Detachable, serviceable modules and synthetic/local signals test contracts, failure behavior and garment integration.
Human-factors demonstrator
A separately approved, low-risk study examines usability, comfort, accessibility, agency and comprehensibility.
Bounded partner pilot
One selected industry scenario receives its own intended use, methods, standards path, privacy controls and acceptance gates.
Qualified sector transfer
Only repeatable evidence, appropriate oversight and applicable regulatory or certification readiness can authorize expansion.
Illustrative future research scenario · Fire & rescue
Correlate the environment, garment, person and mission—without confusing any of them.
A firefighter enters a high-heat structure.
A future research configuration could combine separately qualified environmental instruments, garment-state signals, physiological modalities and operational context. CALYREN would not diagnose, command or certify safety. It would organize what is known, flag what may require attention and communicate uncertainty to the wearer and authorized team.
Environmental Context Domain
Ambient and radiant heat, air or location context only from suitable authorized instruments.
Garment State Domain
Microclimate, material-zone condition, connection state and possible integrity breach.
Human State Domain
Wearer-reported condition and physiological indicators only from separately validated modalities with quality grades.
Operational Context Domain
Role, mission phase, team procedures, available communications and authorized escalation path.
Continuum Correlation Layer
Relate exposure trends, garment state and human response; state confidence and unknowns; support—not replace—the responsible human decision.
A wetness, temperature or integrity change may justify a possible-injury concern when combined with wearer report and other qualified evidence. It cannot determine wound type, depth, tissue damage or medical diagnosis from garment data alone.
Target industry pathways
One platform. Distinct intended uses, risks and proof requirements.
Industry transfer is not a change of marketing language. Each pathway needs a named user, bounded problem, non-intended use, partner, modality set, evidence plan, standards or regulatory map, privacy controls and advancement or termination gate.
Operational awareness under extreme conditions.
Explore exposure, garment condition, wearer state and team context for training and future qualified support.
- Firefighters, EMS, search-and-rescue
- High-consequence transfer only after certification and human-factors pathways
Support participation, recovery and daily function.
Begin with low-risk usability and movement support; keep diagnosis, treatment and clinical claims outside scope without authorization.
- Rehabilitation and accessibility research
- Clinician, caregiver and wearer oversight where applicable
Connect the operator to the growing system.
Combine operator context with authorized facility data for hydroponic and aquaponic planning, maintenance and anomaly review.
- pH, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, temperature and flow from facility systems
- No substitution for agronomic controls or food-safety procedures
Human factors, environment and equipment in one view.
Study fatigue-relevant context, heat exposure, task state, garment durability and procedural support.
- Infrastructure, utilities, logistics and field service
- Employer fitness or disciplinary scoring prohibited without separate governance
Make coordination legible to both person and system.
Research intent, proximity, task state and interface feedback around human-supervised robotic work.
- Manufacturing, mobility and assistive robotics
- No autonomous consequential action by CALYREN
Support accountable operations—not unbounded surveillance.
Potential work must preserve civil rights, role authority, auditability, proportionality and explicit limits on biometric or behavioral inference.
- Police and public-safety personnel
- No autonomous force, guilt, intent or fitness determination
Correlate environmental exposure with mission and wearer state.
Explore modular instrumentation, communications constraints, garment integrity and human support in remote field research.
- Ocean, rainforest and isolated expeditions
- Specialized partners define survival and life-support boundaries
Prepare the architecture for conditions not yet routine.
Use terrestrial evidence to frame later research in confined, remote or off-world environments without claiming present readiness.
- Long-horizon collaboration pathway
- Transfer only after earlier series produce repeatable proof
Public methods & material families
Explain the engineering frame without disclosing the recipe.
Controlled technical boundaries
Publish what enables trust; protect what enables replication.
Information authority
The right audience receives the right level of detail.
Understand the company and the evidence boundary.
Approved architecture, applications, research status, limitations, public reports and partnership acknowledgements.
Evaluate a scoped decision.
Controlled diligence, work-package requirements, partner documents, selected evidence and role-bound records.
Protect development and people.
Proprietary integration, security, raw research, personal information, contracts and decision records remain access-controlled.
Next proof
Move from architecture to bounded, partner-ready work packages.
The next useful progress is not a sweeping capability claim. It is a controlled requirement, material result, interface definition, human-factors finding, quality plan or other evidence that changes a program decision.
Inside the current build
HECARYON is an integrated program definition—not a finished suit.
The current work connects a material platform, four information domains, CALYREN, evidence gates and sector profiles. Physical performance remains a future evidence question.
