Scope and responsible entity
Heartstone Original Enterprise is the shared public identity for Heartstone Original LLC in the United States and Heartstone Original Inc. in Canada. They are distinct sister companies. The entity responsible for a specific inquiry, contract, employment process, service or other relationship will be identified by its context and applicable documentation.
This notice covers this public company website and direct communications about Heartstone business. A linked apparel store or other third-party service may publish and apply its own privacy terms.
Information currently handled
We may receive the name, email address, organization, role, message and other information a person chooses to send through an authorized contact route. Hosting and security systems may also process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, referring page, requested pages, cookies required for operation, and diagnostic or security logs.
Public candidate document uploads, investor portals, partner portals and HECARYON or CALYREN personal-data functions are not active. Do not send identity documents, degrees, résumés, health information, financial information, credentials, trade secrets or controlled technical material through ordinary email or public WordPress Media.
Why information is used
Information may be used to respond to a request; route an inquiry; support website operation and security; evaluate a non-confidential business, collaboration, press, investor or careers conversation; maintain necessary business records; comply with law; and protect rights, systems and people. Collection and use should remain proportionate to the stated purpose.
Service providers and disclosure
Information may be handled by providers supporting hosting, security, website administration, email and professional advice, subject to their role and applicable agreements. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a legitimate corporate transaction with appropriate safeguards. An inquiry is not shared with a potential collaborator merely because its topic appears relevant.
Retention and safeguards
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for its purpose, legal obligations, security, continuity and defensible recordkeeping. Heartstone uses administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and current stage; no internet system can promise absolute security.
Future candidate, investor, research or partner records require separate private infrastructure, role-based access, audit records, malware controls, retention rules and purpose-bound release before those pathways activate.
Choices and privacy rights
Depending on location and applicable law, a person may request information about processing, access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, withdrawal of consent or another available privacy choice. Identity may need to be verified, and a request may be limited where law permits or requires.
The site does not state that it sells personal information or uses it for cross-context behavioural advertising. If the website introduces optional analytics, advertising or materially different collection, this notice and any required consent or opt-out controls must be updated first.
Contact
For a privacy question or request, email support@heartstoneoriginal.com. Provide enough information to identify the interaction and request, but do not include sensitive identity documents in the first message.
This notice is a public description of current practices. Relationship-specific notices, consent, contracts and non-waivable rights continue to apply where relevant.
