Project HECARYON™ · Canonical domain
One platform, advanced through earned application series.
Series 00–04 separate the commercial material foundation from research, human factors, bounded partner work and future qualified transfer.
Program map
Each series proves a different class of readiness.
Commercial & material baseline
Apparel product, fit, care, sourcing, quality, customer learning and operating discipline.
Modular research Alpha
Local and synthetic signals, detachable modules, data contracts and fail-closed behavior.
Human-factors demonstrator
One separately approved low-risk study of comfort, comprehension, accessibility and agency.
Bounded partner pilot
One use case, qualified partner, named intended use, methods, privacy and acceptance criteria.
Qualified sector transfer
Repeatable evidence, applicable standards readiness, oversight and controlled release.
Advancement logic
Progress is evidence-gated—not calendar-gated.
No date, investor interest or technical demonstration can substitute for the proof required by the next consequence level.
User, need, intended use and exclusion.
Controlled work product and interfaces.
Requirements and failure behavior.
Evidence, risk, privacy and human factors.
Exact next scope—or hold.
Series transfer rule
Evidence may be reusable only when the receiving use case shares the relevant requirement, context and acceptance basis. A new sector inherits no unearned claim.
Bounded example
A Series 01 garment is not a field product.
An Alpha may demonstrate component connection, local signal handling or interface behavior. It does not authorize human monitoring, operational reliance, medical interpretation or protective use.
Evidence and limits
State labels travel with every series.
