Project HECARYON™ · Canonical domain
Readiness is the right to take one bounded next step.
HECARYON advances when requirements, implementation, evidence, risk and authority agree on an exact scope—not when a prototype merely looks complete.
Program gates
Five questions precede advancement.
Purpose ready?
Named user, intended use, environment and exclusion.
Design ready?
Requirements, interfaces, ownership and configuration.
Evidence ready?
Methods, criteria, results, provenance and uncertainty.
Risk ready?
Failure, misuse, privacy, security and human consequences.
Authority ready?
Named approver, scope, monitoring and rollback.
Readiness record
The decision preserves both confidence and unknowns.
A gate package must make it easy to see what was proven, what remains unresolved and what the next stage is forbidden to assume.
What does not count as readiness?
A render, mockup, demo, isolated successful test, unreviewed model output, unsigned partner interest or schedule target does not independently authorize progression.
Bounded scenario
A partner requests a live pilot.
The request becomes a proposed work package. Readiness review determines whether a simulation, laboratory study, limited human-factors protocol or no activity is justified. Interest does not define the evidence level.
Evidence and limits
Readiness is scoped, temporary and reviewable.
