Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping options are coming soon.

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the US and 7-10 business days to Canada. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Not at this time, but we're working on expanding our shipping options. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items must be in original condition.

Made-to-order and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Contact our support team at support@heartstoneoriginal.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Our unisex items follow men's sizing. We recommend checking the size chart and product measurements to ensure the best fit for your body type.

Products & Materials

Many of our items are made to order to reduce waste and ensure quality. Production time is typically 3-5 business days before shipping.

We use premium, sustainably-sourced materials including organic cotton, recycled polyester, and eco-friendly blends. Material details are listed on each product page.

Machine wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents. Detailed care instructions are included with each item.
